I used to use these guys a lot when the first opened. I eventually noticed that service was very inconsistent and it seemed dependent of which barber you got and what mood they were in. Once cut I had, was from what I can only describe as a 15 year old - his fingers stunk of cigarette smoke. The final straw for me the other day was when I walked in, sat down, there was probably 5 or 6 people ahead of me and only 2 barbers. One barber finished his cut then disappeared for 15 minutes. Obviously everyone is entitled to their break but then at least get some more barbers in for busier times. Eventually he came back and called the next guy up. When he asked him what he wanted done, he didn't even make eye contact with him. Instead he was browsing on his phone completely distracted while the guy was telling him what he wanted. Having listened to what he wanted myself and observed what he got - there was a massive discrepancy. At that point I got up and left. No one seemed to notice.
