Very poor service by members of staff. They are all very rude compared to other Starbuck branches. They make the worst coffee and is tasteless. If you request extra HOT they give it to you cold deliberately. I go to coffee shop to enjoy my coffee with welcoming and friendly and good atmosphere. Staff morale is very low and they do not offer you friendly service. If staff are not happy they should be removed by the company instead of tarnish companies name. I urge you to visit COSTA Coffee place which is in the high street Whitton few shops along and see the difference yourself. All staff have named badge and smart clean uniform always welcoming and ready to help! I URGE YOU NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AT STARBUCKS!!!
