Never Again!!!! The owner and his receptionist were very nice. He provide me with a ride home when I dropped my car off talked a good game about customer service.
The first time I got my car back the door jams weren’t painted and there was excessive dirt in the paint. I took it back so they could spray the door jams. When I got it back this time, all the lug nuts in my DS tire were loose, there was excessive dirt in the in several places, there were letters missing off the back of my SUV, there are still dents, the emblem was broken, and there are several other paint defects.
I paid them almost $5000 for this work to be done. I know his employees are tired and burnt out, but this is unacceptable. I will never take my car back to this place.
