Normally have never had an issue with the service here! Myself and my four boys usually treat our selves when travelling from Wodonga to Echuca to stay, by buying a large box of chips with all sauces! Ever since I was a kid all sauces ment lots of SOY! VINEGAR! AND TOMATO SAUCE! I purchased a box last night, and the girl wrote down the order with knowing what I requested to be put on there! Got back to where I was staying and they had only put tomato sauce. So I called them up and politely let them know my frustration and immediately the replaced them with in ten minutes. I thought how nice of them! Picked them up a second time, got them back to where I was staying and they had only put tomato and soy, but no vinegar! Its only $8.00 but its not the point... The treat for my boys and myself is the all sauces. Ill give them another go before I leave to go back home. Please get it right! All sauces means VINEGAR! SOY! TOMATO! NOT BARBECUE!!! Other than this west side take away is the best and only take away store in town worth buying from!!! The best owners of this business since 2003 when I first moved in around the corner, fantastic happy to always help smiling staff amazed at how good they handle the pressure as they seem to be always flat out!!! Pic below is left over from two boxes... My boys ate some of them, but where disappointed also.
