Worst customer service experience. The Afghan girl with her hair in a ponytail, serving us, treated us in the most absurd manner. Her behaviour was rotten. We ordered a juice which was quite stale and asked her to exchange it. Instead, she made the juice again. It tasted exactly the same. I went off to her again and politely tried to ask her to exchange it instead.
However, her attitude completely took a 360 degrees and she started arguing with us.
As a customer, this was not how i should have been treated. She needs to either find herself a new job which is not customer service oriented or get re-trained to be more reasonable and polite while dealing with customers. My request was quite simple which was given a complete different point of view. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and will not be coming again.
This was just to highlight what other customers can potentially come across and be warned.
