Shocking customer service!
Not particularly busy when I went in, 6 people seated and no queue. Stood at counter for 3 to 4 minutes with no staff interaction (3 people behind counter, less than 4 foot away). All avoiding my gaze. I then noticed a small note taped to the counter that says you have to order from the hatch outside. So went outside, no queue. Made eye contact with one the women through the window. It was 6 degrees and howling wind with a 3 year and we stood there for 10 minutes. All the time with no staff interaction. Won't be upsetting my 3 year old again by promising them a hot chocolate from here.
