We've been regular customers for the last seven years and have overlooked several issues but after today, we'll be taking our custom elsewhere. The following issue could easily have been rectified if the had manager shown an interest and taken some accountability.We arrived today at 11:55 and ordered food straightaway. Forty minutes later and we still hadn't received our order. As our three year old was getting fussy, we asked waitress who said she would find out.When she returned, she apologised and explained that our order had been lost. This is the first time, in any restaurant, an order has been lost. How, in a café, with only two other groups of customer, this issue wasn't spotted, I'll never know.She then explained that she had previously queried this with the manager. Despite this, no one had come over to us to ask and it was left to me to ask. While this was happening, the manager continued to play with Christmas decorations and occasionally glance over. We were asked how we would like to proceed by the waitress. We were charged for our drinks and left with no effort of an apology from management.
