I had a friend recommend Gen3 to tune my truck after I had a new motor dropped in it. When you pull into the parking lot and see cars from all across the country you know that these guys are doing something right. Scott programmed the motor in the parking lot just to get it back on a stock tune and make it run. When doing so, he instantly realized that something wasn’t right and the shop I had drop the motor in had messed up somewhere. I decided to leave my truck down there and have them go through, diagnose the problems, and fix it. When I tell you that they went the extra mile, they truly did. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the performance that they squeezed out of my truck. They paid attention to every little detail and it shows. I’ll never take another vehicle anywhere besides Gen3 for anything more than basic maintenance. It may have taken a little longer than somewhere else would have, but they stay busy and you can’t expect to have the same kind of quality from a shop that rushes through everything. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I have already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so. They have more than earned my respect and my loyalty and I will definitely be a repeat customer for years to come.
