We ordered tonight through Deliveroo. Firstly, it came late. Secondly we didn’t get any lettuce leaves with our san chow bow. When we rang the restaurant to complain the lady that answered had no idea how she could help us except for sending our lettuce leaves again that would take an hour to get to us. She then tried to blame it on Deliveroo yet it was golden pond that delivered the food initially! The food we did get had no flavour whatsoever and ended up throwing most of it away. We used to order from this restaurant at least once a month. But never again. I’m wondering if they have changed hands or if have just become lazy due to covid. Either way I recommend you do not order from here as you will be bitterly disappointed and regret wasting your money.
