Incredible Chinese food cooked by an excellent chef who is extremely proud of his craft. Sizzling black pepper beef is a staple dish at this restaurant and is a must-try. We have not had a single bad dish from here, and the food keeps exceptionally well when taken home to be eaten the next day.Many moons ago this place used to be perfect, but the increase in business means they are now quite busy most evenings. This means the customer service can be exceptionally poor. We have often had our drinks forgotten, and menus can take a long time to be despatched. Additionally, ordering can take a very long time, particularly if there are many parties or larger groups. Sometimes you might find you ordered first, but your dishes come much later than for everybody else. We've also caught the waitress cleaning her nails while we waited for our forgotten drinks once, which was a bit sad.While the customer service is a shame, I think the food is the best Chinese food I've eaten in my life. We would come here more often (or as often as we used to) but nowadays it's very cramped in there with the extra customers, and it can be a hassle waiting so long for food or service.
