I highly recommend Halo Hair Studio and Spa... specifically Amanda R! Amanda R is absolutely amazing. I have been going to her for several years now and am always IN LOVE with the results. As a blonde, its so difficult finding a hairstylist who is able to get you the white blonde desired... but Amanda NEVER disappoints. She has the most friendly, professional, and personable personality that makes you feel comfortable each visit.
