Got a shellac mani/pedi on Sunday afternoon. This is my second time going to this salon, they provide by far the best service I have received at a nail salon. Both the manicure and pedicure are amazing, they take their time and give a great stone massage as well.
Few days later I did notice I had a couple nails that chipped (which didn’t happen last time) the lady on the phone was so apologetic and told me to come in the next day to have them fixed.
After my nail fix (4 total) she also applied some cuticle oil. I also was expecting I would have to pay possibly considering it wasn’t just the 1 nail they needed to fix but there was no charge!
