The store is horrible disrespectful and Ratchet don't come in with a service animal because they will kick you out although they do not have the right to ask you if that is a service animal they will ask you if your animal is a service animal it makes you uncomfortable single you out and embarrass you in front of the whole store and then kick you out and then when you come to speak to the owner of the store they hang up in your face as if that wasn't bad enough they want to roll back the tape from when I walked in and post my picture on the wall with my service animal like I don't get enough hell walking in the stores getting harassed about a service animal in every store now my pictures hang on the wall Metro Beauty because she asked me if it was a service animal and I said duh what was the dumb lady didn't know it's a psychiatric service animal psychiatric being keyword I will see you in court
