Mobara Japanese and Ipho Vietnamese Restaurants

What happened to this place Communal cutlery buckets on the tables (gross) ... Now that the Vietnamese restaurant took over it just feels like a larger crappier Vietnamese restaurant. Why take over and change something that was so wonderful to have in Salisbury. Looks like they got rid of all the nice staff in there and replaced with their own. Seriously disappointed to see this happen. I ate at their restaurant before they took over this one and let me tell you it was truly awful.

The service is good. A clean place. Only reason why I gave it a 3/5 is because the heater just outside when you dine in turned off while we're still eating and this happened 3 times in separate occasions during the Autumn/winter. So it gets really cold out there while eating dinner.

The food and service was fantastic. It was my birthday and as a surprise they brought out a free desert we could share. Yummy
