Just visited Mother Hubbards for the first time and as a fellow fish and chip shop owner I can honestly say that this place is excellent! This shop is spotless and clean, bright and welcoming, the team members are polite and friendly, can’t fault it one bit…
Ordered 2 x Special & Chips…..The batter was just perfect, all spiky and crisp.The fish was thick, meaty and tasty….this was served on a very generous portion of thick cut chips.
Being in the trade I find it hard to drive past a fish and chip shop without checking out what’s on offer, all in aid of market research of course ;-)
This chippy gets 100% recommendation from me, keep up the good work!
