The gates are often locked, so access from the Park itself is not 24hours
But if you're keen to visit outside Park hours, a quick jump over the little barrier from one of the side streets is easy enough
The view is beautifully panaramic, particularly towards the west
There's a quiet background hum provided by the power transmission lines, and a bit of visual pollution from the lines and monstrous McMansions towards the sunrise in the east, so you'll need to spend a little effort framing your shots towards the sunrise
But the sunsets are something else, and quite glorious. Highly recommend the spot for sunset or night photos, or just sharing a moment with a friend
