Disgusting dry hard and chewy chips again!!! You just lost a loyal customer of 30years!!! Bad customer service too whilst on phone to them. When I called the shop, they said we don’t re fry chips but a while back they admitted they do! When he put me on hold, bearing in mind I can hear you - he said to the manager she’s a moody one on the phone, the manager said just complain to just eat so no offer of a better customer service or compensation! My bro in law owns a chippy and never have they ever been hard dry and chewy chips. A baby could die by choking on one of those chips!!! Such a shame that the foreign man who used to run, isn’t there anymore as he gave the shop a brilliant vibe and always looked after his customers. 30 years of buying from this shop and now they’ve lost a once loyal customer!!! You lie to your customers cause you admitted previously that delivery food is re fried (blanched) and fresh chips is for walking trade only. This is disgusting as those chips could be used as bullets!!! Never coming back to such a poor establishment who is just money hungry!!! Master Fryer all the way
