I’m writing this review to off-set a bunch of 1-star reviews left by one person. I’ve been there a few times, and this business is always very professional and listens to you when you have certain requests. I got my nails done with the magnetic polish a while ago which my tech had never used before, and they INSISTED that I had a full week to get them redone if I wasn’t happy or it chipped. I don’t live in the area but have family that does, so I make a point of getting my nails done there if I’m planning a trip. Last time I went, I found the gel on one of nails was a little lumpy and the tech fixed it right away. I plan on coming back to get my nails re-done soon, and it’s just because they’ve grown out too much from last time. Otherwise, they still look the same! Pic of my most recent set.
