Went today on mother’s day with my family. We were told no bookings and were okay with that. As expected it was very busy.
We waited outside for an hour which was understandable. However, everything went downhill from there. We filled out the order sheet and lined up for a full hour before we got to give in our order sheet, the dishes were placed on a serving plate for us to deliver to our seat and return. The dishes were quite small yet marked between medium to grand size - the majority of dishes were marked grand yet the dishes seemed more like small to medium. The majority of the food was also room temperature, including the dumplings and deep fried items.
The orders are served one table at a time. Looking around the room only a few tables were eating at a time whilst the rest were either empty, waiting to be cleaned, waiting, or being cleaned. I counted 6 tables in total eating at the same time. By the time the next table was served another table had finished eating.
