Extremely rude old Asian man who asks the tickets at the exit, gave me the worst experience of all time. I left my ticket in the Coles basket, so I explained, he doesn’t understand English, or pretends, I don’t know. He started yelling at me. I said let me go back to the parking so I can go grab the ticket, he wouldn’t allow me. He put his hands inside of my car yelling at me. Who ever owns this parking place, check your cameras it literally happened 10 minutes ago, I am still shaking! This is unacceptable and I don’t care how old he is or he is Asian etc, no one has right to scare anyone like this
