This has to be a 5. I love this place. It’s a wonderful kebab house.First, the cafe is spotless and well ordered. The service is impeccable too. Polite, interested and engagingly efficient. Best of all, the food is absolutely wonderful. After consultation, I ordered the large mixed meat - lamb and chicken - with hot chilli sauce and salad. The meat was outstanding. Full of flavour and sooo tender. Such a generous serve too. The accompanying salad knocked me out as well. What a beauty. Beautifully chopped tomato, lettuce, red cabbage, carrot and white onion. Lovely dressing on it as well with just the right dusting of sumac. The whole package was so well prepared and presented and it was completely delicious. Care, skill and professionalism was evident in the whole package. I felt I’d committed highway robbery when I was only charged $12.50 for this beauty.I enjoyed the meal so much, I ordered one as a takeaway for my partner to have later. But, not before I had a good long chat with the Turkish ladies here about the wonders of that country which we visited a few years also.I can see why Rosebud Kebab House won best kebab in Victoria here. It’s a mighty place. I’ll return very very soon.
