Went for a Christmas lunch. Staff were disinterested in us, seemingly untrained and not even interested in making money from us. They put our group on the non river side even though the river side was empty for the entire time so we got ugly city views. Stood at the bar for 10 minutes waiting for a wine menu when they were too busy setting up for a later function and then when buying a $55 bottle of wine the girl had the gall to say "Oh I'm not sure when your party has to leave" . Will never return. Food was nice but unfortunately the service was atrocious.
