Me & My mother came here for dinner tonight.
We ordered Chicken Parmigiana & HSP
The HSP was good.
But the chicken parmigiana was very hard from the middle and uncooked. Seemed to be frozen.
We asked why it’s like that to a lady who was very rude to us.
She replied the food is frozen and that’s how it is.
She did not even ask for a replacement or to cook the food again.
Also forgot to mention on the meal it says the chicken parmigiana comes with salad but only came with chopped tomatoes onion and cucumbers wasn’t a salad at all.
We still paid full price for our meals.
Worst customer experience.
