Passing through town and called to book a same day, afternoon appointment. Still had to wait almost half an hour after arrival. The atmosphere of the salon was very busy, tense, and not relaxing. 2 televisions playing different programs; loud chatter, stations/chairs very close together. The service of the pedicure was mediocre, but the tech was friendly. However, my tech got up after removing hot towels from my wet legs to go and do an eyebrow job in the middle of my service. Unbelievable. I ordered a $37 pedicure, but at checkout, same tech said my bill was $52.00! She said “the gel polish was $15.00 extra”. I was dumbfounded. I have never, ever paid extra for gel polish at any salon anywhere. I will not patronize this establishment again.
