Today my daughter whom is 15 lost her miki and was trying to get a replacement. This old man at the window was serving us was extremely rude and arrogant!!! Aussie appearance. Told us to wait , for 5 mins before serving us! He was very unpleasant when he finally serving us. He didn’t turn his speaker on while he was speaking to us. He could not hear my 15 yrs old talking to him , so I help to speak on her behalf, he rudely told me to zip. I told him we can’t hear him!!! Again and again!!! Accusing me of yelling. I was not, only I tried to speak louder so he can here!!! As he kept asking the same Questions!! Frustrating really!!
Then he asked my daughter if she has her student ID WITH HER . She couldn’t hear him as the speaker was still off. My 15 yrs old has an anxiety disorder, she was scared and nervously to speak up, so I tried to help get words out on her behalf. But this MEAN guy wouldn’t allow me. He kept asking the same question again and again! It’s so frustrating as he won’t listen to me that I need to help daughter with her speech. This incident happened today 23/3/22 at 11:53 am.
I wish to report on this person so he will not treat others THE SAME WAY HE TREATED with my daughterS problem this way. My daughter now will not stop crying with the was anxiety. This experience today has Made a big impact on my daughter .
