I ordered a taxi from here because the reviews said the vehicles were clean, however, the one I got wasn't at all clean, in fact it was disgusting and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. It was so bad I ended the journey before my final destination, and walked the rest of the way despite the weather being cold and very windy.
I specifically told the receptionist I wanted to pay by card, but as soon as I got in the taxi the driver tried to take me to a cash machine because he didn't take cards. When I said I needed to get out then suddenly he changed his mind and said that I could pay by card after all, which was extremely disingenuous. I will never use this taxi service again and advise you to avoid it. I've avoided Uber to date as I've been trying to support local businesses, but I'm so sick of getting in filthy taxis that I'm been driven to try them!
