On 12/20/21 I called for an appointment on following day to be at 5 pm with Kevin. As I walk in at 4:40 pm following day I see Kevin working on a client. I noticed he had some time left to finish. He asked what I needed, I said I'm your 5 o'clock appointment he said ok sit down. At 5:50 a lady walks in and Kevin asks her to please have a seat. He tells girl to go wash her hands and he also leaves to back room. Girl comes back and he stays behind we all assumed he was eating. I understood so I kept waiting. As he did last touches on the same girl nails she gets up to pay and he then asked lady that just walked in to have a seat at his table. I quickly stood up and said I'm your 5 o'clock appointment and been waiting for you for over an hour. He answered I'm so sorry I forgot. I said well I set the appointment yesterday he replied well I'm sorry we don't have a book to write appointments down, I'm sorry. I replied then how does she just walked in without an appointment, thank you for your service your very unprofessional. I then walked out and never going back. He is an awesome artist I love his work but he also charges me well for him to loose me as a loyal customer.
