We used to love coming here, as the staff were always so welcoming and friendly.The main male 'host' is often quite rude and never seems to be very happy. Perhaps management could support him to learn basic customer service skills.A smile or greeting, goes a long way, especially as I used to go there weekly, including purchasing coffee etc during the pandemic-to support my local Harbour business.Sadly, it has really put me off from returning-would sooner spend my money elsewhere, where I am made to feel more welcome and like a valued customer!
