Leaving my second review here. Ive heard mixed things about this place over the years, but I personally have not had a bad experience there with Helen. You just have to know whos good there tbh. Shes always willing to go the extra mile and stay late for me when I cant make it within hours, and is patient when I take a long time deciding what I would like. Shes constantly ordering new designs for me and my friends who go to her so you can definitely see the effort there.
Ive watched a few people get impatient/ rude with the ladies there, largely due to a language barrier; which, honestly is extremely unfair because they are trying so hard to learn another language at a later point in their lives. If you just took the time to know them, they are quite nice and genuinely want to know about your life and interests.
