Used to really love this place. Kylee did an amazing job. Until my last visit...where my roots were orange and my scalp burned afterward. After I saw my hair I told her that I didn't like it. Her reply was that I could see how busy she was so she clearly didn't have time to fix it. She was helping 3-4 people at a time and I was going past the 4 hour mark of being there. I was extremely upset by this encounter. I sadly have found a new stylist. Sucks because she did a really good job and I spent a lot of money to have my hair done but unfortunately treating your customers like they aren't a priority is a big no no.
