Normally I enjoy their snitty packs but their quality has gone down hill. For $11 you don't get much, only 2 potatoes (1 full one plus 2 halves but they told me I would get 3 potatoes). We didn't want the peas because last time we got the snitty pack with peas, the peas were yellow and tasted absolutely disguisting we had to throw them out. You would think that their customer service would consider our last experience and just throw in a few more potatoes, but no.Bad customer service and it seems they don't care if you have been a loyal customer, so I will never go back. I have given them plenty of chances,but won't waste my time.At least other places try and resolve issues but they just don't have that care factor.
