Had a new to me car winterized there last February. No issues with the winterization but whoever did it unplugged the sensor for my adaptive cruise control and front end assist. They started the car before reconnecting it and so now I have neither. To get it fixed, I have to take it to the dealer in Anchorage. Tried to do that and they say it will cost me $600 + and it's not covered under the warranty. This is a cost I cannot afford. Their mechanics should know that they need to reconnect everything before starting the vehicle after performing a service. Kind of scared to take it there again if I need service. Not having these functions is really going to hurt my resale value, if I ever need to sell it.
