They literally saved my life lmao, my feet were actually a hot mess. They’re so nice here and they don’t make me feel weird, they’re very respectful of my pronouns and they helped me choose a color when I wasn’t sure what directions to go. They’re always able to squeeze me in and I trust that whoever does my nails will Pay attention. I pay $45 for shellac manicure and I always tip $20 because they deserve it. I’ve brought 3 other people here and I’ve noticed that a lot of high school age kids frequent here and the staff are very conscious of that and take every precaution to make sure it’s a safe environment.
The last time I was there a customer was yelling profanities and insulting their intelligence. I can see that very same person came here to post a scalding untruthful review. They should be ashamed of themselves. We should be doing our very best to support small business in our area in these trying times not working overtime to tear them down. It doesn’t cost anything to be courteous to service workers and it’s very indicative of your character and upbringing when you treat service workers. Support local business and treat service workers with respect!
