I was served by Tarig at 12:00, my order was finished at 12:20 with only 1 other customer in the store that ordered a small chips. After I return home, I realise my order is completely wrong, and I was overcharged based on the receipt. I call the store to let them know, they tell me to come back as they'll cook my order by the time I arrive. I arrive, wait 20 minutes, and they hadn't even begun cooking it. It was only a single piece of fish. The quality of the food is not great for what you pay, the wait times are long, service is slow, and your orders will be wrong. Seems like they need additional staff.
