To begin with I am very hard to please, especially when it comes to mechanics and my vehicles. Stopped in to talk to the guys before I brought the vehicle in.
This is when I met Frankie.
I explained the situation that was going on ( now you need to know that although I am not a mechanic, I have been working on cars for 40+ years) and their diagnosis was the same as what I had come up with. Frankie quoted out the job, *** WHICH WAS VERY VERY REASONABLE ***. I made arrangements to get the car there so they could start working on it.
Car arrived, with me following a short time later. I walked in and the place was Dark ... Im thinking afternoon nap time, LOL ... Nope, Port Colborne was powerless (lasted about 6 hours).
Frankie called me first thing in the morning and let me know they had started the job and knowing that I wanted to see the issue first hand allowed me to come down and check it out. YEP, sure enough we were correct in the diagnosis.
These guys are VERY Friendly, VERY Courteous and VERY Respectful. I have FINALLY found a place that I can trust to do the job, do it right, and do the little things that should be done (such as cleaning corrosion from wiring or checking fluids BEFORE the vehicle leaves)
You guys have my business, and I will be sending ALL my vehicles to you as well as letting EVERYONE I know to take their vehicles to you.
