I’ve been going to this place since I was a senior in high school. I absolutely used to LOVE going to this particular place! But I recently went a few days ago, and I’ve come to the conclusion they are very unsanitary. When I went, a client was there before me… once she left and it was my turn, the owner told me to get in the chair, but I noticed she did not sanitize the chair since we have to lay our heads back on the cushion. I asked her to wipe it down and once she did, she started on my brows. Which were WONDERFUL, she did them exactly how I always ask. But only problem is, I have a break out around my eyebrows and in the middle of my forehead.. I believe it came from her not washing her hands and using dirty thread… Sadly, I won’t return anymore since the unsanitary surroundings.
