Where do I begin I visited on Jan 29, 2022. This was my second experience here and it was AMAZING. The first time, I did a simple shellac mani and Ruby was LOVELY. I waited to do a review after a more in depth appointment. I was SO lucky that there was a no-show because I ended up sitting with Cecilia.
Cecilia made me feel at home. She and I are around the same age and I had the best time just chatting with her. Once I showed her the pics of what I wanted and we discussed the type of full set best for me based on my routine, she got started on what would turn out to be the best full set Ive ever had. (Cecilia mentioned that solar would be better than bio gel given that solar works better for people who often get their hands wet). She didnt care about making the extra on the bio gel, she just wanted a happy customer. All the while, she was sculpting the most beautiful nails. She spent so much time and care.
Listen, this is a family owned shop. They really care about their clientele. Cecilia and her parents know just about every customer by first name. i had wonderful chat with some of the other customers and felt so welcomed. if you arent the chatty type, thats ok too! They seem to follow your lead about how you want to spend your appointment with them.
if you arent happy with something, they will fix it. You dont love the colour Speak up, they want you to leave feeling good about the time and money you spent with them.
The negative reviews here surprised me. I suppose everyone is human and makes mistakes or has bad days, nail techs too. But what I saw was a family working hard to keep people happy and Im sure they would want to know and like the chance to fix anything youre unhappy with.
I will never go anywhere else as long as they are in business.
