I was there for an eyebrow wax and a cut. The wax was quite pleasant and done well. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the cut.
The salon seemed overly busy. I was left sitting in a chair with wet hair for about 10 minutes. When the stylist came to cut my hair, she only asked how much I wanted cut off, nothing about style, etc. There was no proper consultation at all. While she was cutting, I made sure to tell her that I liked long layers, but the stylist didn't spend more than 10 minutes on the actual cut. The end result was a disaster, very choppy and uneven. It's the worst haircut I've ever had. I didn't complain because I just wanted to leave, and I certainly didn't trust them to fix it.
The staff are also quite lax when it comes to wearing masks, and the general hygiene could use some improvement.
