Honestly would highly recommend Sahrati as they have incredible customer service and the staff is always attentive and kind and extremely helpful, always greeted as soon as you walk in. the shisha is always served with highly quality flavour. Coal is changed regularly, even without asking. the quality of the food is amazing and affordable. The staff also ensure that birthdays are celebrated and always go above and beyond to make the customers feel special. All the employees are so professional and have impeccable customer service skills, but special mention to the owner/manger Enis who has always makes us feel so comfortable. He’s always friendly and professional and is constantly ensuring every customer served is happy and satisfied. I regularly come back due to the amazing customer service provided by the team and quality of there products
