The gentleman at the post office, Chetan Shah, was wonderful. As I was making photocopies and sending faxes he took the time to help me, while still attending to dozens of customers needs. His efficiency is unheard of, and truly remarkable. I believe I have never seen an operation run so smoothly. He always had a friendly attitude towards all his customers and was never frazzled by the never ending line up.
Chetan your great customer service made my day so much better when I was going through such a difficult time.
