It was the worst experience of my life and if I didn't have my handicapped dad with me I would have left. Now I know there are other hotels in Demopolis that offer pet friendly rooms and they are nice and clean. I struggled with reviewing this hotel because he knows the issues and does nothing about it. It's horrific and the man he has "cleaning" is the worst. It was a blessing I had other family in the town at another hotel where I could shower. I didn't even use the toilet. This hotel used to be ok but now it's horrible. I can't give this hotel 1 star or even a half. A truck stop would be better than this. I appreciate the 40 you guys credited my account but I should have been giving a complete refund. The photos show dirty towels that was not mine. The trash was not mines. I was disgusted at the condition of the fridge. The tub hasn't been cleaned since it's been installed that is a dirt ring around it after I sprayed Clorox clean up and I still didn't use it. This is not professional or hygienic. If it's a pet friendly room it should be immaculate. My dogs didn't even want to walk on that carpet. We're all traumatized by this experience.
