I have no idea why folks are posting mean reviews, I have had my nails done here a few times now (new client), and I have never experienced anything like some of the negitive reviews suggest! Lilly has been my nail professional, and I have experienced nothing short of AWESOME!! The rest of the staff are friendly, and willing to help in alot of other areas. One thing I will respond to is the lady complaining about how dusty the shop is. When you have possibly 7 nail artistists working all at the same time, grinding down nails to prepare for new nails, of course there is going to be dust, thats a given!! I give them 5 stars, would give more, but thats as high as the rating goes!! Thanks Lilly, your AWESOME!!!!
