Came across this place when I was looking for places that does the dry style of Hu tieu (Hu Tieu Kho). Unlike the traditional Vietnamese/Cambodian style Hu Tieu, this place offers to Teo Chow version which is very similar.I grew up eating more egg noodles than rice noodles so I decided to #12 Mi Trieu Chau with soup on the side. I also ordered their sautéed kidney with ginger onion.Their sautéed kidney was very flavorful and the kidney was perfectly cooked! Kidney is one of those things that are very hard to clean and cook properly and this place does it very well.#12 with soup on the side brings me back to childhood. The noodles were the perfect texture with the right amount of oiliness that nothing sticks together. It was basically crack to me. The amount of noodles and toppings they give is very generous. I felt like I needed to be rolled out of the restaurant. After discovering these place, my husband and I have gone back 3 more times in the span of 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place!Pro-tip: they open pretty early, so try to go closer to opening time or relatively early as it gets busy and could have a wait closer to the usual brunch time.
