I made an appointment for me and my 5 year old daughter to get a polish change for her, and a gel fill for me. The male worker told me that they had availability for Friday 7/8 at 1130am. I told him that was perfect. We get there and it's super busy!! As soon as we walk in, not one person acknowledged us Strike One. Next me and my Daughter proceeded to pick our colors. We sit down to wait for someone to call us for our appointment. 30 minutes later, 4 people that were waiting before us leaves due to waiting too long. The only ones that were left waiting was me and my Daughter, and Another Mother and Daughter. Meanwhile the guy that was working there went outside to have a cigarette break right in front of the store. A nail tech was available so the Mother and Daughter both went to her. While me and my Daughter are still waiting, 3 more people came in and was currently waiting as well. 2 minutes later, the guy goes BACK outside for another cigarette break!! While he's outside, a random woman comes in and sits down in his empty chair!! He comes walking in and proceeds to do her nails!! I calmly told him that me and my Daughter had appointments for 1130!! He told me that she came for him and he told her to come back!! While I am STILL sitting there waiting with my 5 year old Daughter, her comes an elderly woman and she goes to the same nail tech that the other Mother and Daughter were sitting and that Mother got up from getting her nails done and she proceeds to get HER nails done!!! I just had to walk out!! They are very unprofessional and I will NOT be going back there!!!
