I called Dit at Appliance Care Pros literally this morning, and less than an hour later he was here looking at my refrigerator. His diagnostic fee was less than half that of the other company I was considering, and even though my fridge wasn’t repairable (cost would have been more than it was worth to repair), he explained the issue and gave me recommendations on where to replace it. I was seriously in crisis mode this morning, and he came through for me in a big way. I will absolutely be using his service again if I ever need appliance repairs in the future!
