It is a shame to have to write this review. The Banh Mi was pretty tasty.
Just one big problem. I tried to pay for an $8 Banh Mi in cash to avoid incurring a surcharge. The lady told me that I was not allowed to pay in cash.
Since I didn't have the option to pay in cash I would have assumed there would be no card surcharge. However, there was a surcharge of 50 cents (6.25%).
Although the price is listed at $8, the Banh Mi effectively costs $8.50 unless you spend over a certain amount. This is poor form. I'm happy to facilitate paying in cash, but this left me with a bad experience.
Please allow the option to pay cash or remove the surcharge, otherwise your pricing is misleading. - You will probably see more repeat customers if you action this.
