Rude staff, stuffed up order, argued about it, then after having to wait another 20 minutes, then insisted we pay extra because the the person who inputted the order didn't charge us enough and it had to be paid before actually giving us our food. No apologies, no explanation. Used to be good, now we will not be going back. Food was absolutely terrible, even after waiting! Lost a customer.

I tried their gravy on hot chips for the first time after work today, absolutely amazing! Glad I found this place. Convenient, delicious and good value.
