This was the first time I had ordered from Fortune House and I wasnt disappointed. Ordering was really easy, and my order was ready to collect very quickly (15 minutes). When I collected my order, the staff were incredibly welcoming. Everything was clean, and with such a bright waiting area any lack of cleanliness would have been easily seen, but it was spotless. The constant stream of regular customers were greeted by the friendly staff, which was great to see. My food order was packed well, well cooked and simply delicious. My brother came over when he heard that Id ordered and was equally impressed. Id upload some photos but I was famished and tucked in straight away, leaving nothing on the plate. Ill be sure to post some pictures next time... which there definitely will be.
