Under no circumstance reach out to these bozos!! Kris, the dispatcher is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She is a liar and will block your number after telling you they will make the road call.

Please do not call this company. I called them at 1pm for a mobile truck call. Sammy/Tammy the dispatcher told me 1.5hrs. 3hrs go by and mechanic calls me back and says it’s going to be another few hours. I kept them because they were the only ones who were “available.” They never showed up or called me again. This is disgraceful and caused my company a huge loss in revenue.

No stars dishonest mechanic lied to his dispatch and us and never came back and never touched the vehicle but charged us for a less than 30 minute trip charge and for 2 hours of work for the next dat. Will never ever trust this company or call them for business or refer please beware. I am also sueing this company or the specific mechanic I was told he works for hhimself
