Best fish and chips in the area, small shop so worth telephoning in your order. Upstairs seating area is small but clean with a nice view over the river if you get the window seat. Avoid Friday nights if you're in a hurry! Staff always nice even when very busy.

Delicious food cooked superbly and fantastic staff. We love it here so much that my fiancé contacted them to arrange a surprise fish and chip meal on the quay after he proposed to me whilst on a boat on the river. Thanks to Madeleine, Tony, Jess and Nick for making it so special

Best chips I've had in a very long time! Very reasonably priced too, for a massive portion! Will definitely go again next time I'm in Sandwich
